Founded Covid Inc., Macro Data Inc., Electro Exacto of Arizona Inc.and its sister maquiladora Electro Exacto S.A. de C.V. Sonora, Mexico. Designed and built 5 manufacturing facilities for production of various electronic products, wire and cable assemblies, including 2 wave solder lines, one automated surface mount assembly line and computerized equipment for testing of all products and sub-assemblies. Developed miniature low loss RGB co-axial cable with Sumitomo Wire & Cable in Utsunomiya, Japan. Set up manufacturing for Macro Data data projector in Pusan, Korea with Jeil Precision of Seoul. Designed and furnished private-labeled products for Honeywell Large Information Systems, Hewlett Packard, Memorex, Telex, Courier (ITT, Alcatel & Idea), IBM IES/EduQuest, Electronic Systems Products, Vidikron, Electrohome, Charles Machine Works (Ditch Witch), Reuters Information Services, Quad Systems, Vivid Systems, Apple Computer, Sun Microsystems, and numerous other companies and government agencies.
Organizations
Past chairman (10 yr.) of ANSI IT7 (Video/Display), presided over IT7.215 Projector Measurement Standard. Former US delegate to IEC (3 yr.) and chairman of WG-6 (non-broadcast video). Former member of SID (Society of Information Display). Founder, designer and original chairman of ICIA's Infocomm Projector Shoot Out (3 yr.). Past Advisor to ICIA board of directors.
Marketing & Training
Developed all marketing for Covid and Macro Data, including numerous award winning print ads. This included all literature, full page color ads, and numerous trade shows. Developed and executed national joint marketing program (Present It! '90) for Matsushita Electric Corporation of Ibaraki, Osaka, Japan for specialty display products. Developed product introduction and sales training for Panasonic AVSG personnel and dealers for PT-M 1085/83 graphics projectors. Trained, supported and co-marketed with all authorized dealers in Eastern and Central zones. Developed dealer sales aid kits for same, including a high resolution, scripted electronic slide show, special tool and printed materials. Developed and presented training seminars in the fields of AVCG for CBS Retail Stores, ICIA,Covid, Macro Data, ITVA, Teletraining Institute at Oklahoma State University.

Articles and papers published in: Journal of SID, Audio Video Systems, Video Systems, Media & Methods, Audio Video Interiors, Communications Industry Report, Presentation Products, plus numerous newsletters, owners' manuals, and technical manuals.
